We ask that if you prefer the goods to be sent to a PO Box, that you also give us the Street Address in your Billing address as some parcels can not be sent to a PO Box. Many times you will get the items quicker if you provide a street address as most items we prefer to send by courier.


We reserve the right to choose any freight company we want to deliver your goods to you. If you have any special requests, we will be happy to consider those requests and to mostly accomodate your requests if we can.


Orders will be sent out usually by the next day after payment is received, or 2 working days at the most as we understand your time is important. We can not make a guarantee as to the exact delivery time as the freight companies operate outside of our control.


Goods will not be sent until payment has been received.


Products on our Australian websites are only available for shipping within Australia at the prices quoted. We may quote a shipping price case by case for any orders for delivery outside of Australia. Goods are being sent from South-East Queensland. ALL PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING.

We use different freight companies as needed.


We usually hold all the advertised items in stock, however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances we may be out of a stock item. In that situation, we will let you know the approximate time the item will come into stock and give you the option of waiting or cancelling your order (or part order).
