What does Metric mean?
In the Horticulture (Nursery) industry, Metric Punnets are referring to the width (in this case 67mm). It is metric term and basically means you can get 10 to a seedling tray, whereas a Standard (imperial) Punnet is wider and a seedling tray would only hold 8 of those.
Base design
The drainage holes consist of 16 on the bottom shoulder around the edge as pictured.
