The name ‘Nursery and Garden Supplies’ is owned by HT Concepts Pty Ltd as trustee for the Williamson Family Trust.
Returns are accepted and refunds given for products supplied with manufacturer faults only. Any returns where the buyer’s situation has changed or the buyer changes their mind will not be accepted or given. Discretion may be given in these instances.
Goods will not be sent until payment is received.
We usually hold all the advertised items in stock, however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances we may be out of a stock item. In that situation, we will let you know the approximate time the item will come into stock and give you the option of waiting or cancelling your order (or part order).
All prices quoted include 10% GST if applicable and 5% Nursery Container Levy (if applicable) which is collected by the government on behalf of the Nursery Industry Australia.

All our products are brand-new and have never been used. They are high quality products suitable for growing plants. All care will be taken to ensure ours and your safety, but we (Nursery and Garden Supplies) will not accept responsibility for any mishap, injury or loss of any kind either caused by us, the freight carrier or the buyer.
All Measurements that are provided by the manufacturers may or may not be 100% accurate for all products. We try to also include the correct measurements as measured by us.
The industry standard for measuring a planter bag is to measure it when the bag is filled with soil already.
