Australia Post EXPRESS SHIPPING will always be quicker than standard freight. Express is available to select for many products here on our website. Australia Post no longer guarantee express delivery next day, but most metro express orders around Australia still arrive next day.
Rural areas of most states take longer, as does most WA, TAS, NT and some SA deliveries. We find Express is still a fairly quick option. NON-EXPRESS options are always a guess as we have no control over the timing.
A squat pot or bag is usually shorter than a standard. If it is a bag, and measured by litres, the squat will also be wider than the standard so that the volume remains the same. Pots however are measured by diameter across the top (which will stay the same for both squat and standard) and so will just vary in height and volume.
Keep checking the tracking number we provide you to find out the status of your delivery.
