Order Processing

We will endeavour to have your order shipped within 24-48 hours (except weekends and public holidays). If for any reason the processing will take longer, we will contact you to let you know details.  

PO Boxes

You may use a PO Box as your delivery address. There are some occasions we will need to contact you for a street address where courier delivery is required. 

Tracking

In most cases, a tracking number will be provided to you (except when stated on the product) so that you can track the status of your delivery, or query a delivery status directly with the shipping company in the rare case of delayed or lost parcels. This tracking number will usually be sent to you via email. If an incorrect email address is provided to us by you, this tracking number may not be received by you.
