The way these work is to connect pots together if you are growing a group of plants in the same area. Most growers and nurseries that use them will connect a batch of empty pots together in a ‘lattice’ style shape as the pictures show. Then a slightly smaller sized pot plant can sit in the empty pot and be slipped in and out easily as required.
